O fotógrafo e ativista político, Senhor #GuillermoPresente Rallo clicou suas iniciais *G.R.* nas imagens da democracia nos anos 1960 e antes do golpe, em 1973, no Uruguay. Ele esteve aqui! Ele deixou sua marca e será recordado mesmo depois de sua morte (28.04.2020), sua grandeza será sempre lembrada como defensor intransigente, que nunca deixou morrer, na prática, o princípio da alternância no regime democrático no Uruguay. Suas muitas qualidades éticas, estéticas e solidárias serão a melhor herança política para o futuro da democracia na prática naquele país! E isso é tudo! E que viva o Uruguay Democrático!
