A pandemia, a crise financeira e o Governo Bolsonaro fizeram com que as negociações coletivas piorar nos últimos dois anos. É o que aponta o Boletim “De olho nas negociações” do Dieese, com base na análise dos reajustes registrados no Mediador, do Ministério da Economia. A pesquisa analisou 4.938 reajustes salariais de categorias com data-base entre janeiro e agosto de 2020, registrados até a primeira quinzena de setembro.
Se em 2018, 9,3% das negociações ocorram com reajustes abaixo do Índice Nacional de Preços ao Consumidor (INPC), esses números cresceram para 23,9% em 2019 e para 28,1% em 2020 em um cenário que a inflação diminuiu no país.
Já pelo menos a reposição do INPC ocorreu em 28,9% das negociações deste ano. Os ganhos acima da inflação estão presentes em 43% das negociações. Queda expressiva em relação a 2018, quando 74,8% das negociações trouxeram reajustes acima do INPC.
“As dificuldades em negociar reajustes salariais durante a pandemia são grandes. Vários acordos ou convenções coletivas explicitaram a crise gerada pela Covid-19 como motivo para o adiamento da negociação”, explica o Boletim.
Outra consequência da crise foi o aumento do número de categorias que definiram reajustes de 0% em 2020. Ao todo, somam 373 até 31 de agosto (8,4% do total considerado).
