Texto assinado por Bolsonaro autoriza “de alternativas de parcerias com a iniciativa privada” envolvendo Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBS) – postos de saúde ligados ao SUS (Sistema Único de Saúde).
Entidades como o Conselho Nacional de Saúde (CNS), Conselho Nacional de Secretários de Saúde (CNSS), organizações sociais e fóruns populares em defesa do SUS criticaram a medida durante todo o dia.
Com isso, o Ministério da Economia poderia inserir o SUS em projetos de privatização e concessão à iniciativa privada, dentro do Programa de Parcerias de Investimentos (PPI). Na prática, colocando a saúde como mais um item na lista do programa de desestatizações.
Bolsonaro é acusado de afrontar a Constituição com esta medida.
De acordo com reportagem do Brasil de Fato: “Os deputados Jandira Feghali (RJ), Alice Portugal (BA) e Márcio Jerry (MA), do PCdoB, apresentaram um PDL para batalhar pela invalidação do texto. ‘Trata-se de uma medida que seria impensável num momento de pandemia, onde o SUS se mostrou vital para cuidar da saúde dos brasileiros. Mas, partindo da lavra de gente como Bolsonaro e Guedes, outra coisa não podia se esperar. Que eles não se preocupam com a saúde do povo já é sabido há tempos. Porém, as UBSs são parte do SUS, sua porta de entrada, e o decreto baixado fere a Constituição brasileira ao estabelecer mecanismos para a privatização das UBSs’, apontam os parlamentares.”
Domingo, dia 1, às 15h, em Curitiba, mobilizações foram convocadas pelas redes sociais pela sustentação do SUS.
Ao final de hoje, porém, Bolsonaro disse ao repórter Leandro Magalhães, da CNN, que vai revogar o decreto que abriu espaço para a entrada da iniciativa privada nas unidades básicas de saúde. Como numa guerra, Bolsonaro vive de ameaças, avanços e recuos. O problema é que os recuos sempre são momentâneos. E a pauta conservadora segue avançando.
